Nathan is a licensed Realtor since 2007. He is originally from San Diego, CA and has an extensive background in construction management prior to becoming a Realtor. Nathan has spent the last 20 years either building or selling homes.
As a devoted husband and father of 2 amazing kids, Nathan dedicates his time volunteering, coaching and mentoring youth in the Northern Colorado area.
Once becoming a Realtor, Nathan quickly set his sights on working with the most successful team in Northern Colorado. He was the top producing agent for the last 10 plus years for that company. The time spent at this major brokerage firm allowed him to perfect his craft.
Nathan sells 80-100 homes per year, and you will be hard pressed to find another Realtor with as much knowledge and experience as Nathan.
When asked what separates him from other Realtors, Nathan replied
“Real Estate is a show me industry. Every transaction brings its own unique set of issues and challenges. Each sale is an opportunity to learn and grow. I am so blessed to take all of that knowledge and apply it to current and future sales for all of my clients. There is no substitute for experience, it’s not something a Realtor can buy or fake.”
Speaking of experience…Nathan is not just a Realtor. He has also earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation. The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a higher level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
In 2019, Nathan stepped down after being the top selling Realtor for over a decade at the most successful real estate company in Northern Colorado.
He proudly chose to develop a unique brand and vision, establishing himself as the Broker/Owner of “Restate Real Estate”. When asked what drove him to step away from the tremendous success he has achieved and elect to grow in his own direction, Nathan responded by saying
“The real estate industry is changing more than ever, at the end of the day it’s my relationship with my clients that will survive that change. Having monumental sales numbers is impressive in its own right. I’ve certainly achieved some impressive sales numbers in my career, but it’s easy to become too focused on those numbers. When you become that focused on the numbers, the client can become another number as well. I don’t want to forget what drove me to become a Realtor. I truly love being the Realtor that buyers and sellers can count on to help them at all costs. I look forward to having more time with each and every client to further develop the relationship while earning their trust. Realtors can lose sight of who matters most. It has to be the client every single day in my eyes. With this new focus and energy it will be exciting to see what the future holds for Restate Real Estate.”
